Easter in the Country kicks off with a Mayoral Breakfast proudly hosted by Maranoa Regional Council and the Roma Combined Churches.  The inspirational Guest Speaker for 2012 is Phil Smith, ABC Radio, Brisbane.

Phil Smith may be a rare thing in so-called Talk Radio. He enjoys listening. Former ABC reporter, Air Force Officer and author, Phil considers it an honour to hear people’s stories and be able to share them.

Nourish your creative side and browse through the Art Exhibition on display in the Roma on Bungil Gallery in the Roma Community Arts Centre.

Theatre, colour and fun is the trademark of the Easter Saturday Street Parade with its procession of wacky and wonderful floats, quirky street characters and novelty races.
